Cathedrals of Flight
Rain green hills
Flooded fields
Reflecting the sky
As hopeful
As the optimism of
Children at play
Sullen drought
Is for another day
For now a marriage
Of land and water
A pathway for birds
Building cathedrals of flight
Over majestic continents.
